We want someone who can run the kitchen, not just work a station.

You should be comfortable keeping food moving during a rush, maintaining quality, helping organize the crew, communicating with management, and setting the pace for the people around you.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has solid restaurant/kitchen experience

• Stays organized when the tickets start flying

• Takes food quality seriously

• Can lead without creating drama

• Shows up consistently

• Helps train and develop other cooks

• Notices problems and helps solve them

• Wants to be part of a restaurant that is continuing to improve

Leadership experience is a plus — reliability, attitude and ability matter even more.

🔪 PREP COOK

A great restaurant starts hours before the first dinner ticket prints.

Our prep team helps make sure our kitchens are stocked, organized and ready to go.

You'll help prepare ingredients, portion products, maintain prep levels, keep your area clean and organized, and make sure our cooks have what they need to succeed.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying busy and seeing what they accomplished at the end of a shift.

Experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.
